What is included in my registration fee?

ConCALL Registration includes full access to conferences plenary sessions, pedagogy workshops, oral talks, poster presentations, and the various networking events (coffee breaks, happy hours, etc.) via the WHOVA and Gather conferencing platforms.


Should I have received an email confirmation for my online registration?

You should receive an email confirmation from IU Conferences within 24 hours of registering. If you have not, please email akkent@indiana.edu.

You will receive an additional welcome email from akkent@indiana.edu regarding your access to ConCALL-4 via the Whova platform within 7-10 days of the conference start date (April 9).


Does ConCALL offer scholarships or financial assistance for conference costs, accommodations, or travel costs?

Beginning in 2018, during ConCALL-3, CeLCAR has been able to offer a limited number of Student Travel Awards to graduate and undergraduate students based on exemplary abstract submissions (judge by anonymous reviewers). We encourage all other participants to contact their academic institutions and organizations for financial assistance.


I was selected as a poster presenter. What do I do?/What can I expect?

If you have never presented a poster before, we've put together a document that we hope will be helpful and answer your questions about the process and expectations: Poster Session.

Poster presenters MUST send a finished .PDF copy of their posters to ConCALL@indiana.edu no later than Wednesday, April 7 so they can be uploaded into Gather in a timely manner. You will receive more instruction on how to access and use Gather for presenting your poster after you have registered. Please email sukarimo@indiana.edu if you have technical issues accessing Gather during the conference.


What time does the conference end on Sunday?

The conference closing remarks will be from 1:30-1:45 on Sunday, April 11, 2021.
